After receiving all your files it
will take TEN days to complete your album/book design. We will e-mail and/or
call you to confirm receipt of your files. If for some reason we
cannot read your files we will request that you re-send all the
files.
When the design and layout process
is completed you will receive an e-mail with a link to an on-line
gallery where you can view and proof the design (view example)
and you can request page
changes if necessary . There will be no extra charge for up to
three page changes.
After your final approval you can submit
an order for the printing of your book(s). Allow 4 weeks after
submitting your print order for delivery.
Your album layout will be
sent to you on a CD-ROM / DVD-ROM. The CD-ROM / DVD-ROM will
include high quality JPG files. You may purchase a CD-ROM /
DVD-ROM of the PSD files with all the layers for an additional fee.
